The hoodoos of Sauze du Lac
The Demoiselles Coiffées, more commonly known “Fairy chimney”, are original formations due to erosion work. They appear as a conglomerate of various column supporting a fairly large rock.
A footpath has been made against- low and parallel to the Demoiselles Coiffées, with explanatory panels and superb views.
The plot housing the Capped Young Ladies of Sauze du Lac, an area of 2.60 he has, is a classified site since 1966.
