Lavender and butterflies

We organize hiking half a day with mountain guides, of nature lovers who share their knowledge with enthusiasm.

This easy and varied hiking, around the hamlet of Pusteau, can trace the history of lavender in the country to observe a wide variety of butterflies, also called "troubadours of the skies". Our region is one of the richest in France in plants is therefore very rich in butterflies. The tour ends with a visit to the lavender distillery with its traditional alembic.

Materials Needed : A pair of walking shoes (open sandals unauthorized), 1,5 liter of water per person, sunglasses, rainwear (style K-Way), something to eat if you go with children. Chamois for hiking and Sunset, add : a snack, warm clothing (pants, a fleece for the return), lamp (Optional).
